Pinger/TDS Update – Day II

Dear Friends,

Thank you for your prayers! Today’s open heart surgery (what was some four + hours long) went very well.  When I left the hospital this afternoon, he was stable and responding well to treatment and able to breathe a little on his own with the help of the respirator.  Compared to his surgery in November when he was one month old, this was a H U G E relief.

He’s not out of the woods yet as the next day or so are critical to see how responds to his repaired heart and arteries.  But things are looking very good right now.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR PRAYERS!  You are the best!!!

I don’t have a great picture of him that I’d want to share right now but I can show you what looks like a real neat-o stereo rack system if it weren’t for all those pesky tubes feeding all sorts of stuff into our little guy🙂  Fortunately they have not threatened us with a quiz on what is doing what in this setup!

Thank you again! May God Bless your generosity!

  1. It is incredible that anyone knows what all those monitors do when at least 7 of them look exactly the same! I think the painting is there for relaxation🙂

    1. Fortunately, they know what all that stuff means…I just stay out of the way🙂
