Simmering the wort…ALMOST boiled a bunch over. That would have been tragic!

This Yeast is really ready!

Adding Final 2-3 gallons of water to wort.

We wait now a couple of weeks to secondary fermentation and then to bottles a few weeks later. We should have drinkable brewskis by early June!
